New T3 Plasma Guage lighting set

Back in the Sept 2019 I installed the Plasma gauge lighting set from T3 Technique.  I was tired of not being able to read my speedometer easily during the daylight.  These gauges seem to be very well built and the difference in the readability is dramatic.  The ballast gives a high pitch whine that is suppose to dissipate over time;  I am still waiting for this to happen as it is quite noticeable if the stereo isn't on.
