Out with the Old...

Pressing out the old control arm bushes with a home made press tool.

Pressing in the new Powerflex sleeves.

Radius Arm bushings.
Left Upper Control Arm prepped.
Left front suspension job done.
Right front suspension job done.

Left Radius Rod and T3 Heavy duty Anti-Roll Bar and End links.

Left Radius Arm prepped.  Once the centre sleeves are inserted into these bushings they don't like to stay put;  I had to move fast to get these into place before they tried to pop out.

Lower Control Arm bushings are quite difficult to remove.  The first one I was able to remove the inner sleeve and then tried cutting the bush.  After a while, I just put a large C-clamp on it and maneuvered it out.  On the second one I was unable to get the inner sleeve out so devised this pulling tool and with a block of wood to support the Control Arm, I hooked a ratchet strap to the front frame and applied pull pressure to extract the stubborn bush.
